Relational psychotherapy for men and adults who feel emotionally stuck
For adults who are holding it all together, but longing to feel more real.
I’m Omer Harari, LMFT. I provide a space to slow down and listen to what is happening beneath the surface. If you are tired of performing, coping, or just "getting by," this is an invitation to go deeper.
While I work with a broad range of clients, I specialize in helping men and fathers who are tired of just "coping." If you are feeling numb, reactive, or stuck in patterns that logic alone hasn’t fixed, this is a space to slow down and do the real work

There’s a crack in everything. That’s how the light gets in.
You may find this work helpful if you:
Function well on the surface: You navigate work and life capably, yet you often feel disconnected or overwhelmed in the quiet moments.
Carry the weight: You hold space for everyone else—family, team, partner—but feel inwardly alone with your own experience.
Feel stuck in a loop: You notice familiar patterns repeating in your relationships or career, and willpower alone hasn't been enough to shift them.
Know it, but don't feel it: You have deep intellectual insight into your history, yet you struggle to embody that change emotionally.
Seek meaning, not just maintenance: You want therapy that offers more than just coping strategies; you are looking for a structural shift in how you relate to yourself and others.
Relational, depth-oriented therapy
Real change rarely happens through force; it happens through understanding. My work is collaborative, intentionally paced, and grounded in the relationship we build together. We pay attention not only to what you’re talking about, but to what unfolds between us.
Depending on your unique needs, we may integrate:
Relational Psychotherapy: To explore how early attachments shape the way you connect (or protect yourself) today.
EMDR: To gently process trauma or experiences that remain "stuck" in the body, allowing you to move forward without the emotional weight of the past.
Expressive arts and creative approaches when words alone can’t reach what matters
The aim is greater emotional flexibility, clarity, and connection, within yourself and in your relationships.
A note for men & dads
Many men come to therapy feeling they need to have it all figured out. You might be used to being the "rock," leaving little room for your own cracks to show.
I have a particular interest in working with men who want to move beyond the pressure to be perfect. We will work to help you become more emotionally present—not by changing who you are, but by softening the armor that keeps you isolated. This is a space to examine expectations around strength and responsibility, so you can show up more fully for your life and your relationships.

I am considered an “out of network” provider and do not take insurance. Please check with your insurance provider for details regarding your out of network benefits, most plans offer reimbursement for a portion of each session after meeting your deductible. I provide monthly superbills that can be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement. Here are some questions I recommend you ask your insurance provider directly:
1. Does my policy cover out-of-network mental health providers?
2. What is my deductible and has it been met yet?
3. What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?
-
Payment is accepted in the form of credit card. Prior to your first session, you will be asked to complete intake paperwork through a secure online portal, Simple Practice. It is at this time that you will submit your credit card information to have on file. You will be charged automatically at the end of each session.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059
